Membership
in PaPHS
is open to everyone. To become a member you must complete,
sign and deliver to the Secretary the PaPHS
application form. As a member you will receive four issues
of the Historian.
A copy of the membership application
form is available for printing online. To apply for membership,
complete the application, sign it, and send it to the Secretary
with your dues payment.
Dues currently are $22.50 per calendar year if you apply before
July 1; dues are $10.00 if you apply from July 1 through December
31.
Membership Obligations
By
becoming a member of PaPHS
you agree to the following:
To
accept the Bylaws as the governing rules for PaPHS
To
follow commonly accepted social standards of fair play with
respect to other PaPHS
members
To
not knowingly engage
in any activity that might bring discredit to PaPHS
or to its members
To
accept
that most of our members have joined PaPHS
to pursue our postal history hobby for their ongoing education
and enjoyment
To
participate in activities of PaPHS
if feasible
To
endeavor to contribute ideas and suggestions to improve
PaPHS,
to attend meetings when possible, and to contribute articles
or notes to the Historian
To
share your knowledge of postal history and related matters
with other members to help all members learn and benefit
